Since the horrible events in NYC several years ago, plastic knives have been used in Business and First Class cabins. Today I was upgraded to First on the way back from Philadelphia. They fed me an oriental chicken salad for lunch. To my surprise the meal had a metal knife. I never really understood why the dull, nearly useless knives were taken off flights when forks were left alone.

DIA has changed the pipe organ music with rock-a-billy music in the train/train station. This happened in the last 36 hours because I flew out of DIA on Thursday and flew back in today.
