The Search for a GREAT FTP Client

Non-profits that want to manage their own Internet based systems will ultimately find themselves needing to use File Transfer Protocol (FTP). Basically FTP allows you to move files from one computer--your local computer, to a second computer--often a server. It was originally developed for UNIX and is a main-stay for those developing Web sites.

I've used many different FTP clients on the Mac. Before OSX I used Fetch--a strong client that was ported to OSX. It originally had a free scaled down version that was easy to use but now is limited to a 14 day trial.

For a time I used RBrowserLite which has since been discontinued. I liked it for its UI--it looks and feels like two desktops.

I will also use the terminal window in OSX to do quick transfers.

Currently I am using an FTP client called CyberDuck which is donation-ware. I am liking Cyberduck, but it still isn't quite what I'm looking for. The way it displays directories is a tiny bit unintuitive. That said, I use it almost every day at home and at work.

So, I'm in search for a GREAT MacOS FTP client--preferably free. If you know of any, drop me a line.
