WikiSpaces and RSS

I was asked by a colleague this evening about syndication using an RSS or Atom feed on a WikiSpace wiki. There isn't anything obvious about how to pry a feed from wikispace. If you try to resolve a URL from wikispace on feedburner, it indicates that the site isn't valid for a feed.

To figure out your Wikispace feed, use Firefox. In "BookMarks" choose "Subscribe to this Page". This will give the options for the various feeds you can access. Choose the feed you want to subscribe to or that you want to syndicate and you're done. You can then use that address to subscribe the feed to sites like Feedburner.

thank you matthew! you know feedvalidator still registered an error, but feedburner took it, and feedblitz, so I'm happy I can get emailed updates.

Or twittered, which I don't love.

Was there an easier way to have updates emailed?

Nope.  I personally use feedburner to allow email updates of content from sites I manage.  I haven't found an easier way to do it.
