The morning of Day 2 was spent working on the Popular Science presentation with Kevin Bridges (cyberswat) to get it into good shape for the afternoon session. The presentation had been complete, for the most part, but needed some reformatting into S5 and some light editing.

The case study that this study was based on, will be made available for public consumption after Drupalcon has ended.

After the session I attended Michael Angeles' session on User Centric Design, making for a light day of sessions for me. The biggest thing that I gleaned from his presentation was the idea that the "Interface IS the Product" in the eyes of the user. Users don't particularly care what is behind the scenes making everything work and if something is not usable it will often be seen as a failure.
